Idea Lab Spaces 

We have multiple studios and equipment workstations available to book at the Lakeshore campus. To see information about a space or workstation click on the “Info” button beside the name of the studio/workstation in the booking calendar. 

Rooms can be booked by current Humber College and University of Guelph-Humber students and employees. 

Please note that Idea Lab spaces are designated for the purpose of media creation and making. Users who book the studios or workstations for the purpose of individual or group study will be asked to find alternative spaces on campus. 

Please enjoy meals and snacks outside of the studio spaces. Drinks in sealable containers are permitted.  

When booking a studio or workstation: 

• Choose the date and select an available timeslot (i.e. the green blocks). 
• Log-in with your Humber credentials after choosing a time slot. The form will auto-fill and the confirmation email sent to your Humber account. 
• Keep your confirmation email since staff may ask to see it. 
• A confirmation email will be sent to your Humber/Guelph-Humber email once your booking is approved (up to one business day of the request). The confirmation email you receive is your proof of the booking. Staff may ask to see this email. 
• Please note that only the current semester is available for booking.
