In this hands-on workshop, participants will be guided through the basics of how to personalize a pencil case (provided) with a heat transfer vinyl design using the Cricut Maker 3. This workshop is recommended for beginners who have never used a Cricut machine before.

By the end of this tutorial, you will:  

• Know how to book the Cricut Maker and/or Heat Press at the Idea Lab 

• Understand how to create and upload designs in the Cricut Design Space app   

• Understand how to prepare and send a file for cutting 

• Know how to change tools and materials 

• Be able to identify common errors 

• Practice applying a heat transfer vinyl design 

By completing the workshop, participants will be approved to book the Cricut Maker at the Idea Lab. Alternatively, users can complete training online at Idea Lab: Cricut Tutorial.
